The external audit of the company accounts and the management of the Board of Directors and the CEO is performed in accordance with general accepted accounting practice in Sweden.
KPMG AB has been the Company’s auditor since 2019. At the Annual General Meeting on May 25, 2023, KPMG AB was reelected as the Company’s auditor with authorized auditor Henrik Lind, member of FAR, as the main auditor.
